Paid Media & Ads Intelligence — Indinoor (indinoor.in)

Compiled 2026-08-24. Publicly observable ad data only — Meta Ad Library, Google Ads Transparency Center, and the live Indinoor storefront. Spend and performance figures are proxies built from public signals, not platform-reported numbers, except where a figure is directly observed (e.g. a platform-disclosed cumulative spend). No client ad-account credentials were used.

1. Snapshot

Indinoor is running a high-intensity, full-funnel, festive-led paid program concentrated across Meta (Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp) and Google — and it is doing so through a professional agency, not a brand-run account. As of 24 Aug 2026 we observe ~90 active Meta ads (advertiser page Indinoorjewellery) and ~200 ads confirmed in the Google Ads Transparency Center for indinoor.in, the latter attributed to Haystack Marketing Services Pvt Ltd (Verified) — an agency-of-record relationship that explains why a brand-name search alone under-reports the true Google footprint.

The defining read: Indinoor is a celebrity-anchored brand-builder with a disciplined festive offer engine. Shanaya Kapoor's founder-story is the top-of-funnel hook; Rakhi/Onam/Diwali collection and 925-silver price-story ads do the conversion work. The push is real and sizable for a 15-month-old D2C brand, but it is geographically metro/English-only and payment-agnostic in its creative, leaving clear India-market whitespace (regional languages, COD/UPI/EMI reassurance).

2. Creative Strategy

Hook-type distribution (of ~90 active Meta ads, observed themes):

  • Founder story / brand narrative — the anchor. Shanaya Kapoor's "love letter to Bollywood" video ("That's exactly why I started @indinoorjewellery…") is the signature creative, started 17 Aug 2026, running across FB/IG/WA.
  • Festive / occasion — heavily clustered: Rakhi ("You Get the Jewellery. He Gets the Rakhi.", "Make Her Rakhi Special"), Onam ("Celebrate Onam in Tradition — Shop Temple Jewellery"), and a Diwali run-up building behind them.
  • Offer / price-led — 925-silver price story ("Affordable 925 Silver — Real Silver. Better Price.", "925 Silver From ₹740", "Real Silver. Honest Prices.") and gifting ("A gift she'll cherish forever").
  • Feature / catalog — direct product + price ads ("₹2,010 | Temple Coin Jhumki Necklace Set", "₹4,840 | Gold Temple Bangle Set") and generic catalog ("Buy ethnic jewellery online for authentic designs…").

Funnel-stage read (full-funnel):

  • TOFU — Shanaya founder-story video, aspirational "Jewellery That Completes Your Look / Every Celebration" lifestyle ads.
  • MOFU — Onam/Temple heritage edits, "Buy ethnic jewellery online" catalog education, "Let Your Necklace Do The Talking" consideration angles.
  • BOFU — the bulk: Rakhi/gifting/925-silver offer ads with direct "Shop Now" CTAs and specific collection destinations. Retargeting-style copy was observed (multiple simultaneous variants of the same offer), indicating a structured retargeting layer exists.

Dominant copy framework: benefits-led emotional copy ("Real Silver. Honest Prices.", "Tiny Earrings. Endless Smiles.") over spec-led; the founder story is narrative-led. CTAs are overwhelmingly direct "Shop now / Shop Now" with a recurring "Shop [Collection]" variant — clean, single-intent, mobile-native.

Representative examples (described, not reproduced verbatim):

  1. Founder story — Shanaya Kapoor to-camera/video: grew up pausing Bollywood scenes to admire the earrings; "started @indinoorjewellery as a love letter to Bollywood"; shop the collection she curated at Indinoor.in.
  2. Rakhi gift — split-frame "You Get the Jewellery. He Gets the Rakhi." with a direct Rakhi-gifts collection CTA.
  3. Silver price-story — "Affordable 925 Silver — Real Silver. Better Price." leading to the 925-silver collection, anchoring the premium sub-line as accessible.
  4. Onam/Temple — "Celebrate Onam in Tradition — Shop Temple Jewellery," tying the South-Indian festival to the temple-craft edit co-curated by Shanaya.

3. Offer & Testing Patterns

Offer architecture: Indinoor's explicit offers are festival/category-framed, not deep discount-led. Discounts appear as collection framing (Rakhi edit, Gifting edit, 925-silver "From ₹740") rather than loud "% OFF" countdown creatives. The brand's site carries ~17.5% of variants on compare-at markdown (per the business analysis), but that discounting is not the loud hook in the observed ads — the ads sell occasion and authenticity, not clearance.

Discount trend direction: stable-shallow. The observed ad waves lead with anchoring price claims ("From ₹740", "Honest Prices") rather than escalating markdowns — consistent with a brand protecting margin and positioning while still being accessible (median ₹2,390 catalog). No "End of Season 50% Off" fire-sale creative was observed in the active set.

Testing sophistication — structured testing. Several offers run as 3–6 simultaneous placement/copy variants of the same concept (e.g. one creative shows "3 ads use this creative," another "6 ads"), and the Aug–Jul start-date spread (13 Jul → 24 Aug 2026) shows continuous creative refresh rather than a set-and-forget drop. High velocity + high concurrent-variant count = a mature, agency-run testing operation, not ad-hoc posting.

4. Paid Search Presence

Split into the three labeled tiers the method requires:

  • Observed (direct): Google Ads Transparency Center (region=IN, domain=indinoor.in) confirms ~200 ads pointing to the domain, run via Haystack Marketing Services Pvt Ltd (Verified) across multiple advertiser accounts. This is direct, platform-sourced confirmation of an active Google paid program (Search/Display/YouTube/Shopping mix not individually enumerable in the capture).
  • Estimated (modeled — not recovered this session): SpyFu and SimilarWeb free lookups were unavailable from the collection environment, so no modeled paid-keyword counts or traffic-share figures were obtained. This is a tooling limitation, not a brand signal — the direct Transparency Center confirmation above supersedes the need for modeled proxies here.
  • Category baseline (context only): for framing, Indian fashion/apparel D2C non-brand Search CPC typically runs ₹5–25 and branded ₹2–8 — directional context, not an Indinoor-specific figure.

Net: Indinoor is unambiguously active on Google paid (200 ads confirmed), but the keyword footprint is not enumerated from public tools. Branded-term organic presence is strong (the Shanaya/co-created collections rank organically).

5. Country-Market Adaptation (India)

Tier: Partial. Strong on festive-calendar structure; weak on payment-language and regional-language reach.

  • Festival-calendar structure — strong/structured. Ad start dates map cleanly onto the Indian retail calendar: Raksha Bandhan (mid-Aug), Onam/Ganesh (late Aug–Sep), with a Diwali wave clearly building. This is a deliberately engineered seasonal engine, not flat year-round volume.
  • Payment-method signals — absent. Across all observed Meta and Google creative, no mention of COD, UPI cashback, no-cost EMI, or prepaid incentives. For a fashion-jewellery D2C brand in India — where COD/RTO and payment reassurance are the #1 checkout friction — this is a deliberate omission worth naming. (Operationally the brand already runs GoKwik/Shiprocket/Return Prime, so the capability exists; it simply isn't advertised.)
  • Regional-language signals — absent. Every observed creative is English-only. No Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Marathi variants despite the category's strong tier-2/3 festive demand. This points the targeting at metro/English-fluent urban women and leaves tier-2/3 expansion creative unbuilt.
  • RTO-consciousness — indirect only / not signaled. No "order confirmation call" or prepaid-shift messaging in ad copy. Notable given COD absence cuts both ways (no COD may itself be an RTO-reduction choice, but it isn't messaged as reassurance).

6. Ad-to-Landing-Page Message Match (CRO bridge)

Sampled the highest-confidence, most-recent ads and fetched their destination pages (verified live 24 Aug 2026). This is the direct hand-off to the CRO/landing-page audit.

Overall message-match rate: ~4 of 5 sampled = Strong; 1 = Partial (generic homepage-routed ad). The one weak point is a fixable CRO leak: generic catalog ads that should deep-link to a relevant collection or offer rather than the homepage. The celebrity, festive, and silver ads are exemplary for continuity.

7. Whitespace & Recommendations

The most actionable gaps (named, specific):

  1. Regional-language creative. Build Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Kannada variants of the Rakhi/Diwali/silver ads with tier-2/3 geo-targeting. The category's demand is national; the creative is currently metro-English-only. Highest-ROI whitespace.
  2. Payment reassurance in creative. Add COD-availability or "prepaid only = no RTO risk" / UPI-cashback / no-cost-EMI overlays. The brand already has GoKwik — surface it. Directly attacks India's #1 checkout friction and should lift ROAS.
  3. Fix generic-ad → homepage routing. The "Buy ethnic jewellery online" creative should deep-link to a themed collection or an active offer, not the homepage. Easy CRO win with no new creative concept.
  4. Off-season always-on cadence. The observed push is concentrated in the Aug festive run-up. Test a thinner always-on prospecting layer (TOFU founder-story + silver price-story) in non-festive months to smooth CAC and protect the 92–97% mobile audience's repeat-purchase loop.
  5. Marketplace paid discovery. Indinoor is on Myntra/Ajio/Flipkart but marketplace ad activity isn't quantified. Sponsored-placements on those marketplaces are a cheap incremental-discovery channel competitors (Voylla, Zaveri) exploit.
  6. AI-creative disclosure / adoption. No AI-generation disclosure observed on the Google ads (and Meta surfaces none). If AI-assisted creative is in use, it's unlabeled; if not, the brand is leaving no efficiency gap versus peers yet — but worth monitoring as the 2026 disclosure norm matures.

8. Methodology Note

Sources: Meta Ad Library (keyword + advertiser search, country=IN, 24 Aug 2026 — ~90 active ads for Indinoorjewellery), Google Ads Transparency Center (region=IN, domain=indinoor.in — ~200 ads via Haystack Marketing Services Pvt Ltd), and the live Indinoor storefront (landing-page verification via fetched HTML, 24 Aug 2026). Spend-intensity and funnel/testing scores are proxies derived from observable ad volume, placement-variant counts, start-date spread, and destination continuity — not platform-reported spend, except where a platform figure is directly shown (none was). Live SERP spot-checks and SpyFu/SimilarWeb modeled lookups were unavailable from the collection environment and are noted as such; the direct Google Transparency Center confirmation is treated as the authoritative paid-search signal. Meta's 12-month cumulative-spend figure was not displayed for this advertiser.
