Paid Media & Ads Intelligence — Gynoveda

Prepared 25 August 2026. Sources: Meta Ad Library (India), Google Ads Transparency Center, public SERP / coupon-aggregator spot-checks, and live landing-page inspection. Spend and performance figures are proxies built from public signals unless explicitly marked as directly observed.

1. Snapshot

Gynoveda runs a high-intensity, performance-led paid-media operation concentrated almost entirely on clinic-appointment direct response, not product D2C. As of 25 August 2026 the brand shows ~1,400 active ads in Meta Ad Library (India) and 96 confirmed ads in Google Ads Transparency Center under its verified legal entity GYNOVEDA FEMTECH PRIVATE LIMITED — a sustained, scaled presence running continuously since at least November 2025.

The archetype is a direct-response performance marketer with minimal paid brand-building: every sampled creative pushes the same "Baby ke liye plan kar rahe ho? 20,000 couples got good news" fertility-clinic hook with a "Book now / Book Your Consultation Today" CTA into a city-specific clinic landing page. Top-of-funnel awareness is deliberately carried by organic content/SEO and Taapsee Pannu PR rather than paid social. Estimated Meta monthly spend sits in the ₹25–60 lakh ($30K–70K) range [proxy]; the exact figure is not disclosed by any public source.

Headline finding: message-to-landing-page match on the clinic funnel is excellent (5/5 strong), but the entire paid-social footprint is BOFU appointment DR with zero top-of-funnel, zero regional-language beyond Hinglish, and zero offer/discount creative on the store side — large, named whitespace for a brand with 12 D2C SKUs and pan-India clinic ambitions.

2. Creative Strategy

Across 105 unique ads sampled from the ~1,400 matched set, the creative is strikingly uniform:

  • Hook-type distribution: ~100% social-proof / outcome ("20,000 couples became parents," "Good News pakki hai") wrapped in a problem-agitate-solve anti-IVF frame ("Bina mehenge IUI, IVF / Bina surgery / Bina side-effects"). No offer-led, founder-story, or aspirational-lifestyle hooks observed.
  • Funnel stage: Effectively 100% BOFU — every ad drives an immediate appointment. No educational/TOFU or consideration/MOFU variants in the sampled set.
  • Copy framework: PAS (Problem–Agitate–Solve) dominant; benefit-led ("natural pregnancy, no expensive treatment") over feature-led.
  • Format: Vertical Hindi/Hinglish video (0:40–3:25 length observed), Facebook + Instagram, with city-segmented Page handles.
  • CTA pattern: "Book now" / "Book Your Consultation Today" / "Book Appointment" → gynoveda.com clinic funnel. A handful surface "See details." ~50% of sampled cards had a legible CTA; the remainder were image/video cards where the CTA rendered inside the creative.

Representative examples (described, not quoted):

  1. Mumbai clinic (Library ID 888995504157906, live since 1 May 2026): "Planning a baby? 20,000 couples got good news with Gynoveda" + India's 1st Ayurveda Fertility Clinic, 4.6★, 10k+ reviews, no IUI/IVF/surgery, "Book now" → clinics/mmr/a/ib/.
  2. Kolkata clinic (1925958188085221, since 21 May 2026, 2 concurrent variants): same hook localized to Kolkata, 14k+ reviews, doctor-appointment CTA.
  3. Gujarat clinic (multiple IDs, 33 ads under "Gynoveda Gujarat Clinic"): "Book your Appointment Today!" → clinics/gujarat/ with Surat/Vadodara/Ahmedabad/Rajkot locator.
  4. Vadodara (4168325446784298, since 13 Nov 2025 — one of the longest-running, a longevity signal of profitability): clinic-in-Vadodara appointment creative.

City segmentation is the defining structural choice: 15+ regional Page handles — Gynoveda Mumbai, Gujarat Clinic, Kolkata, Pune, Delhi, Punjab, Assam, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Central — each running its own localized appointment creative. This is a mature geo-targeting operation, not a single national ad set.

3. Offer & Testing Patterns

  • Offer architecture (clinic side): None. No discount, bundle, or price incentive in any sampled clinic ad — correct for a high-ticket consultation funnel, but it means the entire paid-social engine sells appointments, not products.
  • D2C store discount (observed off-platform): Coupon aggregators (Grabon, Desidime, Savee, Wethrift) surface deep store discounts — "Up to 60% OFF," "Extra 10% OFF," flat "₹8,500 OFF" — but these are not amplified in the paid-social ad set and are not auto-applied on the product LP (they require manual code entry). The store-side discount lever exists but is disconnected from paid acquisition.
  • Discount trend: Not observable on clinic ads (no offers). Store discounting is real but runs through affiliates/coupon sites, not Gynoveda's own paid creative.
  • Testing sophistication: structured. Multiple concurrent variants per concept are common (e.g., a 4-ad variant set on the Gujarat clinic creative; 2-variant sets on Mumbai/Kolkata). Combined with monthly creative refresh across 17 months, this reads as a mature A/B testing operation, not "set-and-forget."

4. Paid Search Presence

Three parts, clearly separated by confidence:

  1. Observed (live): Google Ads Transparency Center confirms 96 ads under verified GYNOVEDA FEMTECH PRIVATE LIMITED pointing to gynoveda.com (region IN). SERP spot-checks show the brand owns organic #1 on "PCOS ayurvedic treatment" and "ayurvedic fertility clinic near me," and coupon aggregators confirm active store-discount distribution. (Direct Google SERP paid-slot inspection was blocked by CAPTCHA in this environment, so live paid-position confirmation is partial.)
  2. Estimated: SpyFu and SimilarWeb could not be extracted (SpyFu returned an anti-scraping wall; SimilarWeb not retrievable here), so no modeled paid-keyword count or traffic split is available this pass.
  3. Category baseline (fallback, directional only): For an Ayurvedic women's-health / personal-care advertiser, India non-brand Search CPC is typically ₹8–30, branded ₹3–10. This is market context, not a Gynoveda-specific figure.

Net: Gynoveda is clearly active on Google (96 Transparency-Center ads) but the paid-search footprint is almost certainly clinic/brand-term driven, with non-brand category terms likely under-invested versus its organic dominance.

5. Country-Market Adaptation — Tier: PARTIAL

Signals extracted from the sampled ads:

  • Payment-method messaging: Absent. No COD, UPI cashback, no-cost-EMI, or prepaid-incentive language in any sampled ad. (Largely moot for the clinic-appointment funnel, but a missed lever on the 12-SKU D2C store where these are standard India checkout reassurances.)
  • Regional language: Hindi/Hinglish only across the sampled set. Given pan-India, tier-2/3 clinic ambition (15+ city Pages), the absence of Marathi, Tamil, Bengali, Kannada, or Gujarati creative variants is a named whitespace — the Gujarati clinic ads still run in Hinglish, not Gujarati.
  • RTO-consciousness signals: Not observable (no prepaid/confirmation-call messaging in ads).
  • Festival / sale calendar: Flat. Sampled start-date clusters (Nov 2025, Dec 2025, Jan, Apr, May, Jul, Aug 2026) show no Diwali / Navratri / Women's Day / Mother's Day spikes — a continuous DR cadence rather than a structured seasonal calendar.

Tier: Partial — city-level geo-segmentation is strong and deliberate, but language and payment adaptation are thin, and the calendar is non-seasonal.

6. Ad-to-Landing-Page Message Match (CRO bridge)

Sampled 5 clinic ads + 1 store page. Clinic funnel = 5/5 Strong. This is the most conversion-ready part of Gynoveda's paid stack:

Ad / PageLanding PageCopyVisualOfferReason
888995504157906 (Mumbai)/clinics/mmr/a/ib/StrongStrongStrongLP opens "India's 1st Ayurveda Fertility Clinic / Planning a Baby? Choose Ayurveda / No IVF / 20000+ Babies Born" — exact promise; same hero + city locator + "Talk to Fertility Expert."
1925958188085221 (Kolkata)/clinics/kmr/a/ibStrongStrongStrongKolkata LP mirrors baby/couples/anti-IVF narrative + appointment CTA.
4168325446784298 (Vadodara)/pages/gynoveda-clinic-in-vadodara-en/StrongPartialStrongAppointment promise delivered; visual continuity not verifiable but branding consistent.
1468133444652536 (Gujarat)/clinics/gujarat/StrongStrongStrong"Natural Pregnancy. No Expensive Treatment." + Surat/Vadodara/Ahmedabad/Rajkot list + "Book Doctor Appointment."
1002205669146554 (Gujarat, 4-variant)/clinics/gujarat/StrongStrongStrongAll 4 variants resolve to the same strongly-matching LP.
PCOS store page/products/pcos-pcodn/an/aWeakStore product LP shows no ad-promoted discount on entry; the 50–60% / ₹8,500 codes from aggregators need manual entry. Store-side discount creative is absent from the sampled paid-social set.

CRO implication: The clinic funnel is leak-free on message match — keep it. The gap is strategic, not tactical: the paid-social engine never sends traffic to the store, so the store's real discounts are wasted as an acquisition lever. Every sampled ad routes to a clinic LP, meaning the 12-SKU D2C catalog is acquired only via organic/SEO/marketplaces, not paid social.

7. Whitespace & Recommendations

  1. Build a top-of-funnel paid layer. 100% of sampled paid social is BOFU appointment DR. Add problem-education / PCOS-awareness / "is Ayurveda right for you" TOFU video to feed the clinic funnel and reduce CAC as geo saturation rises.
  2. Activate the store in paid social. The 12-SKU D2C catalog is invisible in the sampled ad set. Launch product/offer creative (PCOS 3x, Boost Fertility, Menopause) with the real discounts (50–60% off) auto-applied on-click — turning the aggregator-only discounting into a first-party DR channel.
  3. Regional-language creative. Launch Marathi, Tamil, Bengali, Kannada, Gujarati variants for the corresponding city Pages; current Hinglish-only creative leaves tier-2/3 linguistic segments under-served.
  4. Add payment reassurance on store ads. UPI cashback / no-cost-EMI / prepaid-incentive copy on any future store creative — standard India D2C checkout levers currently unused.
  5. Structured retargeting layer. No "still thinking about it / complete your order" remarketing copy observed. Stand up a visible remarketing/ad-sequence tier for both clinic and store.
  6. Seasonal calendar. Introduce Diwali / Navratri / Women's Day / Mother's Day bursts to complement the flat DR cadence.
  7. Verify with first-party data. Public libraries confirm what runs but not spend or ROAS. Connecting Gynoveda's own Meta + Google ad accounts would replace every proxy in this report with verified spend, creative, and targeting data.

8. Methodology Note

Collected 25 August 2026. Meta Ad Library (keyword "Gynoveda," country=IN, active ads) returned ~1,400 matched results; 105 unique ads were extracted and tagged for page/geo, CTA, start date, and multi-variant count. Google Ads Transparency Center (domain gynoveda.com, region IN) returned 96 ads under verified entity GYNOVEDA FEMTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. Paid-search paid-keyword tools (SpyFu, SimilarWeb) were not extractable in this environment; live Google SERP inspection was CAPTCHA-blocked, so paid-position confirmation is partial and category CPC is a directional fallback. Landing pages were inspected live for message match. Spend intensity and all performance reads are proxies from public signals, not platform-reported figures, except where directly observed (ad counts, start dates, CTAs, the verified legal entity, and the 96 Google Transparency-Center ads). No Meta cumulative-spend figure was shown for this advertiser.
