LoQo (wearloqo.com) — Master CRO Audit

Scope: Synthesizes the five pre-generated page-level audits — pageaudit/homepage.md, pageaudit/plp.md, pageaudit/pdp.md, pageaudit/cart-checkout.md, pageaudit/support-and-utility.md — against business-analysis.md. All findings are traced back to those source reports; nothing is asserted that is not present in them. Where a source report flagged an item as unverified (e.g. visual rendering, browser timeouts), that limitation is carried forward honestly.

1. Executive Summary (SCQA Format)

Situation. LoQo is a young, India D2C men's comfort-footwear brand (Loqomotive Fashions Pvt Ltd) built on Shopify, with a focused, ownable hero product (the "Alps"/Alpargata espadrille-slip-on) and a distinct bold/Mediterranean "Thousand Mile Shoe" narrative. The catalogue is ~67 SKUs concentrated at an effective ₹995–₹4,199 price band (mostly ₹2,400–₹3,200). The audience is ~88% mobile (CrUX), matched by a video-led Meta ad funnel (~31 active ads). The store runs a genuinely strong, India-appropriate checkout: native on-domain Shopify, guest checkout (no forced login/OTP), FREE shipping, FREE COD (no handling fee), 0% EMI (Snapmint), and PayU (cards/UPI/NB/wallets/BNPL/EMI).

Complication. The conversion problem is concentrated at the top and middle of the funnel, not the bottom. Discovery pages are under-built: the PLPs have zero filters (no size/colour/price) despite a catalogue whose only differentiators are size and colour, no breadcrumbs, and no ratings on cards; the homepage has no meta description, no crawlable H1, and thin above-the-fold trust; the PDPs — though the strongest content pages — leave India's two biggest purchase-risk reducers (delivery-date estimator and COD messaging) invisible, and a size-selector defect can stall Add-to-Cart at the mouth of the funnel. Support/utility pages add dead-ends (empty Locate Us, About with no shop CTA, FAQ that omits COD/EMI). The net effect is that a Meta-driven, mobile, low-awareness shopper arrives, cannot quickly find their size, lacks reassurance, and drops before reaching the otherwise-solid checkout.

Question. What must be fixed — and in what order — to convert LoQo's existing traffic into purchases, given a <1-year-old store and a small team?

Answer. Fix trust-and-friction first, then scale traffic. The single highest-value fix is the PDP size-selector Add-to-Cart defect (CC1). Immediately behind it: add faceted filters + breadcrumbs to PLPs, surface FREE Shipping + FREE COD earlier (PDP and cart), add a PDP delivery-date/pincode estimator, and repair the homepage SEO/trust baseline (meta description, H1, social proof). These are largely low-to-medium effort and address the funnel stages where LoQo is currently bleeding the most mobile traffic. The checkout itself needs only polish (auto cart-drawer on add, empty-cart merchandising, in-cart trust badges).

Overall CRO Score: 5 / 10. (Checkout ~7, PDP ~6, Homepage ~4.5, PLP ~3.5, Support/Utility ~4.)

Estimated revenue impact (if top issues are fixed). Directionally, addressing the funnel-mouth friction (CC1), PLP discovery (filters/breadcrumbs), and pre-cart trust (free shipping/COD/delivery ETA/social proof) could plausibly lift store-wide conversion from an estimated micro-store baseline (1.5–2.5% fashion-sector range) toward the 3–4% band. At the business-analysis observed micro-traffic tier (≈415 visits/mo, SimilarWeb) this is numerically small in absolute terms today, but the fixes are exactly what unlock ROI from the brand's ~₹1.5L–₹5L/mo Meta spend and any future traffic scale. Assumptions are stated at the end.

2. Funnel Analysis

Funnel: Visit → Homepage → PLP → PDP → Add to Cart → Checkout → Purchase → Repeat

StageObserved state (from page audits)Blocked artery / Missing link
Homepage → PLPClean hero → collection links; predictive search present.Missing link: no email capture on entry; thin above-fold trust for a low-awareness brand; no EMI/affordability lever surfaced.
PLP → PDPCards link correctly to PDPs; sort works (9 options, URL-persisted).BLOCKED ARTERY (high traffic, underperforming): no filters + no ratings on cards + no size preview → a footwear shopper must open PDP after PDP to find their size. Highest-discovery friction on mobile.
PDP → Add to CartReviews, accordions, size guide, sticky ATC present.BLOCKED ARTERY (funnel mouth): size "buttons" are visual proxies over a native <select>; tapping a pill can leave ATC stuck on "SELECT SIZE" (CC1, Critical). Also no COD/ETA messaging → risk not reduced pre-cart.
Add to Cart → CartBoth AJAX drawer + /cart page functional; instant AJAX qty.Missing link: no auto drawer on add (discoverability gap, CC2); empty cart is a dead-end (CC4).
Cart → CheckoutCheckout CTA clear; native on-domain; guest checkout.Missing link: free shipping + free COD invisible in cart (CC3); no free-ship progress bar, trust/payment badges, or ETA (CC5/CC6/CC7).
Checkout → PurchaseFree shipping, free COD, EMI, PayU all present; no surprise costs.Minor: single shipping tier only; cosmetic scarcity timer to verify.
Purchase → RepeatJudge.me reviews exist; Shiprocket tracking.Missing link: no loyalty/subscription program; no post-purchase review-request-flow surfaced; no "Frequently Bought Together"/Recently Viewed; women's TAM unaddressed (business-analysis §14).

Drop-off concentration: The steepest, highest-confidence friction sits at (a) PLP discovery and (b) PDP→ATC. Both disproportionately hit the 88% mobile audience.

3. Per-Page Reviews

3.1 Homepage (pageaudit/homepage.md)

What's Working

  • Clear, ownable hero concept: the Alps/Alpargata + "Thousand Mile Shoe" narrative is distinct vs. generic sports sneakers and reinforced by blog + testimonials.
  • Predictive search is wired (#SearchDrawer, /search base + keyword suggestions) — a genuine discovery aid, not decorative.
  • Clean information architecture: Hero → Most Liked → Categories → Brand/style → Blog → Testimonials → Footer, with low clutter and adequate touch targets.
  • Functional cart/account/KwikPass drawers; no intrusive entry/exit popup observed (respects the visitor).
  • Discounts are consistently visible per card (10–13% off, MRP strikethrough), supporting value perception.

Opportunity Areas

  • Category A — No meta description in <head> (F1). Observation: served HTML has no <meta name="description">. Impact: lower CTR on the ~31 active Meta ads + organic. Confidence: High Confidence Opportunity. Effort: Low. Realistic: Yes — copy is trivial.
  • Category A — Hero is image-only, no crawlable H1 (F2). Observation: no <h1> text on homepage; hero headline baked into image; decorative alt="". Impact: SEO crawl gap + screen-reader value-prop loss. Confidence: High Confidence Opportunity. Effort: Low–Med. Realistic: Yes.
  • Category A — "Category 6" placeholder card duplicates Sliders (F3). Observation: 6th category card literally labelled "Category 6" → /collections/sliders-n. Impact: visible QA defect, erodes polish/credibility. Confidence: High Confidence Opportunity. Effort: Low. Realistic: Yes.
  • Category B — "Sale" nav → single mystery-box product (F4). Observation: top nav "Sale" → /products/mystery-box. Impact: weak discount entry for bargain hunters. Confidence: Significant Opportunity. Effort: Low. Realistic: Yes.
  • Category B — No EMI/affordability messaging (F5). Observation: "Buy on EMI" absent from homepage DOM (present on PDP). Impact: misses a flagged first-purchase lever. Confidence: Significant Opportunity. Effort: Low. Realistic: Yes.
  • Category A — Thin social proof above the fold (F6). Observation: only 2 testimonials; no aggregate rating on homepage; "Most Liked" shows no stars. Impact: low-awareness brand lacks trust cue early. Confidence: High Confidence Opportunity. Effort: Med. Realistic: Yes.
  • Category B — No email capture on entry (F7). Observation: newsletter footer-only, below fold. Impact: lost retargeting/CRM for a Meta-driven funnel. Confidence: Significant Opportunity. Effort: Med. Realistic: Yes.
  • Category B — No payment-method trust icons in footer (F8). Observation: brand graphic only; no Visa/MC/RuPay/UPI/Amex icons. Impact: weak "safe to pay" signal. Confidence: Moderate Opportunity. Effort: Low. Realistic: Yes.
  • Category B — No above-fold trust line (free shipping / 7-day returns / COD) (F9). Observation: only footer policy links. Impact: uncertain shoppers lack reassurance pre-click. Confidence: Significant Opportunity. Effort: Low. Realistic: Yes.
  • Category B — Phone number partially masked in tel: href (F12). Observation: tel:+917***8747. Impact: tap-to-call may fail on 88% mobile audience. Confidence: Moderate Opportunity. Effort: Low. Realistic:* Yes.
  • Category B — Performance unverified; heavy asset load (F11). Observation: 506 KB HTML + ~99 imgs; browser timed out on render. Impact: LCP/INP risk for phone audience. Confidence: Moderate Opportunity (verification gap). Effort: Med. Realistic: Yes — run Lighthouse + lazy-load.

3.2 PLP / Collection Pages (pageaudit/plp.md)

What's Working

  • Technically sound SEO basics: per-collection title + meta description + H1 ("Collection: Alps") present.
  • Sensible, URL-persisted 9-option sort (back/forward friendly).
  • Clean aligned grid (2-col mobile / 4-col desktop), consistent aspect ratio, full-width card links (no dead zones), visible discount badges.

Opportunity Areas

  • Category A — No filter facets of any kind (F1). Observation: filters-toolbar contains only SortBy; 0 hits for filter-group/facet/collection-tag across Alps(31) + Casual(13). Impact: shoppers cannot narrow 31 near-identical SKUs; footwear is size/colour-differentiated → massive discovery friction, worst on mobile. Confidence: High Confidence Opportunity (Critical). Effort: Med. Realistic: Yes — Shopify native facets or a facets app.
  • Category A — No breadcrumbs / category hierarchy (F2). Observation: breadcrumb=0 in DOM; only H1. Impact: lost orientation + internal-link SEO value. Confidence: High Confidence Opportunity. Effort: Low. Realistic: Yes.
  • Category A — No collection description / hero / editorial (F3). Observation: header = H1 + sort only. Impact: missed context + long-tail SEO. Confidence: Significant Opportunity. Effort: Low. Realistic: Yes.
  • Category A — No bottom-of-page SEO/educational accordion (F4). Impact: lost ranking for category queries. Confidence: Significant Opportunity. Effort: Low–Med. Realistic: Yes.
  • Category A — No ratings/reviews on cards (F5). Observation: no Judge.me widget on PLP cards. Impact: trust cue absent at the decision step. Confidence: High Confidence Opportunity. Effort: Med. Realistic: Yes — Judge.me collection widget.
  • Category A — No variant swatches / size on card (F6). Impact: can't see if size exists without opening PDP ×31. Confidence: High Confidence Opportunity. Effort: Med. Realistic: Yes.
  • Category B — No Quick View / Quick Add / Wishlist / Compare (F7). Impact: forces full PDP hop per consideration. Confidence: Significant Opportunity. Effort: Med. Realistic: Yes.
  • Category A — Latent "Sold out" markup on every card (F9). Observation: price__badge--sold-out ×31 in DOM but .price__badges{display:none!important}; PDP inventory healthy (6/7 sizes). Impact: fragile — a CSS regression would falsely show all cards OOS. Confidence: High Confidence Opportunity. Effort: Low. Realistic: Yes — remove latent markup.
  • Category A — Mobile has zero refinement (F13). Observation: no filter drawer/toggle (.mobile-filter=0). Impact: 88% mobile audience cannot narrow at all. Confidence: High Confidence Opportunity (Critical). Effort: Med. Realistic: Yes.
  • Category B — No discount/Sale collection + EMI signal + trust strip (F10/F11/F12). Effort: Low–Med. Realistic: Yes.

3.3 PDP / Product Detail Page (pageaudit/pdp.md)

What's Working

  • Real structured accordions (Key features, Materials & care, Shipping, Returns, FAQs) — benefit-led, keep page scannable.
  • Size Guide modal opens on-page (no funnel exit); mobile sticky Add-to-Cart bar present; dynamic checkout button (Shop Pay/GPay) present; quantity selector present.
  • Genuine Judge.me reviews (Product A 4.80★/5, Product B 4.40★/5) — real social proof exists.
  • Product recommendations block present; price + compare-at + discount badge present; SEO title + meta description present.

Opportunity Areas

  • Category A — No delivery-date / pincode estimator (F1). Observation: no pincode validator or ETA anywhere. Impact: Indian shoppers lack "deliver by DD Mon" confidence — a top purchase-risk reducer. Confidence: High Confidence Opportunity. Effort: Med. Realistic: Yes — Shiprocket data already available.
  • Category A — No COD messaging on PDP (F2). Observation: COD is a real, dominant India payment mode but zero mentions on PDP. Impact: risk-averse buyers lost pre-cart. Confidence: High Confidence Opportunity. Effort: Low. Realistic: Yes.
  • Category A — aggregateRating schema missing despite real reviews (F3). Observation: aggregateRating=0 in Product JSON-LD. Impact: forfeits Google SERP star snippets → lower organic CTR. Confidence: High Confidence Opportunity. Effort: Low. Realistic: Yes — Judge.me can inject.
  • Category A — No colour-swatch row linking sibling colourways (F4). Observation: colourways are separate products (alpari-go-black/-olive/-denim/-grey/-navy); no on-page colour cue. Impact: suppresses cross-colour discovery + AOV. Confidence: High Confidence Opportunity. Effort: Med. Realistic: Yes.
  • Category A — Sizing confidence thin (F5). Observation: size guide modal exists but no "true to size" cue, no width/fit note, no model-worn reference. Impact: biggest footwear return driver unaddressed. Confidence: Significant Opportunity. Effort: Low–Med. Realistic: Yes.
  • Category B — No breadcrumb (store-wide) (F6). Effort: Low. Realistic: Yes.
  • Category A — Latent site-wide "Sold out" scaffolding (F7). Effort: Low. Realistic: Yes.
  • Category B — No product video / 360° view (F8); no wishlist (F9); no structured spec table (F10); low review volume + no UGC photos (F11); no FBT/bundles/Recently Viewed (F12); no savings amount / inclusive-of-taxes / free-ship threshold inline (F13); email-only PDP support (F14); no back-in-stock capture on OOS size (F15). All Moderate/Minor; Realistic: Yes.

3.4 Cart & Checkout (pageaudit/cart-checkout.md)

What's Working (strongest stage of the store)

  • Both AJAX cart drawer and dedicated /cart page functional; line-item + variant integrity verified; instant AJAX quantity updates (no reload).
  • Native on-domain Shopify checkout (no scary third-party subdomain), branded.
  • Guest checkout available — no forced login/OTP (major positive vs. many Indian D2C stores).
  • FREE shipping confirmed; FREE COD with NO handling fee (total unchanged ₹2,599); 0% EMI (Snapmint) surfaced for a ₹2,599 AOV; PayU stack (cards/UPI/NB/wallets/BNPL/EMI); discount-code input present; Shiprocket tracking backbone.
  • Drawer carries "You May Also Like" upsell carousel with quick-add, savings framing ("Save ₹1,200"), and a scarcity timer — good AOV mechanics.
  • Price/variant consistency PDP → cart → checkout; no surprise costs.

Opportunity Areas

  • Category A — PDP size "buttons" don't reliably enable Add-to-Cart (CC1, Critical). Observation: visible UK-size pills are proxies over a native <select>; tapping a pill can leave ATC stuck on "SELECT SIZE"/disabled. Impact: highest-value fix — sits at the funnel mouth, worst on mobile. Confidence: High Confidence Opportunity. Effort: Low–Med. Realistic: Yes.
  • Category B — No auto cart-drawer / confirmation on Add-to-Cart (CC2). Observation: add updates header count only; no drawer/toast. Impact: shopper may not realize item added. Confidence: Significant Opportunity. Effort: Low. Realistic: Yes.
  • Category B — Free Shipping + free COD invisible until checkout (CC3). Observation: deferred to "calculated at checkout" on PDP and cart. Impact: their conversion value is spent too late. Confidence: High Confidence Opportunity. Effort: Low. Realistic: Yes.
  • Category A — Empty-cart dead-end (CC4). Observation: only "Your cart is currently empty." + single "CONTINUE SHOPPING" link; no bestsellers/quick-adds. Impact: recovery drop-off point. Confidence: Significant Opportunity. Effort: Med. Realistic: Yes.
  • Category B — No free-shipping progress bar / trust-payment badges / ETA pre-checkout (CC5/CC6/CC7); /cart page has no upsells (CC8, drawer-only); scarcity timer may mislead (CC9); no gift/order-note field (CC10); single shipping tier (CC11). Effort: Low–Med. Realistic: Yes.

3.5 Support & Utility Pages (pageaudit/support-and-utility.md)

What's Working

  • FAQ covers sizing ("true to size, roomy toe box for Indian feet"), materials, payments, shipping, returns — solid objection coverage.
  • Refund policy's "Free 7-day Trial" framing is a strong reassurance hook; Shipping policy is plain-language and scannable.
  • Privacy Policy is thorough, DPDPA-aware, date-stamped.
  • Contact form is lean (4 fields, only Email required) with a prefilled mailto.

Opportunity Areas

  • Category A — Locate Us page is empty (S1). Observation: renders header+footer only, no stores/map; brand is D2C-only (business-analysis). Impact: implies stores exist but delivers nothing; wasted crawl + credibility dent. Confidence: High Confidence Opportunity. Effort: Low. Realistic: Yes — remove or repurpose.
  • Category A — About Us has no shop-bridge CTA (S2). Impact: brand-story readers stranded; lost catalog bridge. Confidence: Significant Opportunity. Effort: Low. Realistic: Yes.
  • Category A — FAQ omits COD & EMI; promises a Warranty section that doesn't exist (S3). Observation: footer label "FAQs – … Warranty" but no Warranty FAQ; COD/EMI absent though both real. Impact: pre-checkout objections undefused; broken expectation. Confidence: High Confidence Opportunity. Effort: Low–Med. Realistic: Yes.
  • Category A — Phone masked in tel: href (S4). Impact: tap-to-call may fail on 88% mobile. Confidence: Moderate Opportunity. Effort: Low. Realistic: Yes.
  • Category A — Support email split (S5): support@ (footer/contact/FAQ) vs orders@ (ToS/Privacy) → fragmented routing. Confidence: Moderate Opportunity. Effort: Low. Realistic: Yes.
  • Category B — Contact: no response-time assurance, no WhatsApp, no hours (S6). Impact: hesitation to submit; misses India phone-audience WhatsApp lever. Confidence: Significant Opportunity. Effort: Low–Med. Realistic: Yes.
  • Category B — Blog articles not shoppable (S7): link only to mystery-box/model-000, not the Alps product discussed. Impact: educated readers can't buy. Confidence: Significant Opportunity. Effort: Med. Realistic: Yes.
  • Category B — 3 of 4 policy pages lack custom title/meta (S8); refund legalese + buried COD-refund note (S9); FAQ duplicate H1 + no on-page search (S10); shipping lead-time inconsistency (FAQ "5–7d" vs policy "up to 9 business days") (S11). Effort: Low. Realistic: Yes.

4. O/CO Framework (Objection → Counter-Objection)

5. Persuasion Assets Audit

What exists:

  • Credentials/Authority: brand story (About), "Thousand Mile" durability narrative, blog podiatrist-angle content, Shopify/Cloudflare security stack (implied, not stated).
  • Social Proof: real Judge.me reviews on PDPs (4.4–4.8★, 5 each); 2 named homepage testimonials; "Most Liked" rail (name only, no stars).
  • Risk Reversal: "Free 7-day Trial"/7-day returns; free shipping; free COD; guest checkout.
  • Data/Specificity: discount % + MRP; some benefit-led accordion copy.

What's missing:

  • Aggregate star ratings on homepage/PLP cards (present only on PDP, and not as schema).
  • Payment-method / secure-checkout icon row (footer, cart, buy box).
  • UGC customer photos in reviews.
  • "X pairs sold" / customer-count / media-mention proof (none — low-awareness brand).
  • Founder/team/workshop proof on About.
  • Inclusive-of-taxes + savings-amount framing.

Acquisition wishlist (how to get missing assets):

  • Switch on Judge.me aggregate + review-count widgets site-wide; run a post-purchase review+photo request flow (F11/PDP) to grow from 5→critical mass.
  • Add a payment-icon strip via a small footer/cart snippet (no app needed).
  • Publish a founder/brand-credibility block on About (team, materials, any certifications).
  • Add a "As seen on / trusted by" if any press/Myntra validation is obtainable.

6. Friction Audit (Fogg B = MAP)

Physical Friction (Ability)

  • Load time: homepage 506 KB HTML + ~99 images; performance unverified (browser timeout) — LCP/INP risk for 88% phone audience (Homepage F11). Quick win: Lazy-load + optimize. Confidence: Moderate (verification gap).
  • Clicks to purchase: PLP forces PDP hop per consideration (no quick-add/filters). Quick win: filters + quick view. Confidence: High.
  • Form fields: checkout standard (guest, autocomplete) — good. Contact form lean.
  • Mobile usability: no mobile filter drawer (PLP F13) — Critical. Tap targets adequate elsewhere.
  • Payment methods: excellent (COD/UPI/EMI/PayU) — strength.
  • Guest checkout: present — strength.

Cognitive Friction (Ability)

  • Navigation: no breadcrumbs store-wide; no PLP filters; "Sale"→mystery-box; "Category 6" placeholder. Confidence: High.
  • Choice overload without filters: 31 near-identical SKUs, no size/colour narrowing. Confidence: High.
  • Hidden costs: FREE shipping/COD are real but deferred to checkout — not hidden, just late. Surface earlier (CC3). Confidence: High.
  • Inconsistent info: FAQ "5–7d" vs policy "up to 9d"; split support emails; footer Warranty label mismatch. Confidence: High.
  • No size/dimension info on cards: must open PDP. Confidence: High.

Emotional Friction (Motivation)

  • Trust: thin above-fold social proof; no payment icons; empty Locate Us; FB 0 reviews. Confidence: High.
  • Return-policy uncertainty: "Free 7-day Trial" strong but buried; COD-refund ₹75–100 note buried. Confidence: High.
  • Fear of wrong choice: no fit confidence (true-to-size/model-worn), no delivery ETA. Confidence: Significant.
  • Risk reversal present but under-surfaced: free returns/COD exist but not messaged pre-cart. Confidence: High.

7. Bugs & Structural Anomalies

  • PDP size-selector ATC dead-spot (CC1, Critical): visible size pills don't reliably bind to variant selection; ATC stays "SELECT SIZE"/disabled. Highest-priority bug.
  • Latent "Sold out" markup site-wide (PLP F9 / PDP F7): price__badge--sold-out on every card, CSS-hidden; a theme/CSS regression would falsely show all PLPs out of stock. Real inventory is healthy.
  • Empty Locate Us page (S1): dead page implying non-existent stores.
  • "Category 6" placeholder (Homepage F3): unfilled theme placeholder duplicating Sliders.
  • "Sale" nav → /products/mystery-box (Homepage F4): weak/confusing discount entry.
  • Blog articles link only to mystery-box/model-000 (S7): no shoppable bridge to the Alps product discussed.
  • Masked tel: href tel:+9178747 (Homepage F12 / Support S4): tap-to-call may fail.
  • Split support emails (S5): support@ vs orders@ across legal pages.
  • Footer "FAQs – Warranty" label with no Warranty FAQ (S3).
  • FAQ duplicate H1 (S10).
  • Shipping lead-time inconsistency (S11): FAQ 5–7d vs policy up to 9 business days.
  • 3 of 4 policy pages lack custom title/meta (S8).
  • Homepage missing meta description + H1 (F1/F2).
  • No aggregateRating schema despite real reviews (PDP F3 / AEO gap).

10. A/B Testing Roadmap

#Hypothesis (If we [X], then [Y] because [Z])PIEPrimary metricPriority
T1If we bind size pills directly to variant selection (so one tap enables ATC), then PDP→ATC rate will rise because the current dead-spot silently blocks mobile add-to-cart.8.7PDP→ATC rateP0 (fix without test — it's a bug)
T2If we surface "Free Shipping" + "COD available, no extra charge" on the PDP and cart drawer, then cart-start rate will rise because risk-averse Indian buyers get reassurance before committing.8.3Cart-start rateP1
T3If we add size + colour + price faceted filters (with a mobile filter sheet) to PLPs, then PLP→PDP CTR and mobile bounce will improve because shoppers can isolate their size without opening 31 PDPs.7.7PLP→PDP CTR; mobile bounceP1
T4If we add a crawlable H1 + meta description + Judge.me aggregate badge to the homepage, then organic/Meta CTR and above-fold trust will improve because the value prop becomes machine-readable and visible.7.7CTR; bounceP1
T5If we add a pincode→ETA widget in the PDP buy box, then Add-to-Cart rate will rise because delivery-confidence is a top India footwear purchase-risk reducer.7.0Add-to-cart rateP1
T6If we auto-open the cart drawer (or toast) on add, then cart-view rate will rise because shoppers currently get no confirmation the item was added.~7Add-to-cart→cart-viewP2
T7If we merchandise the empty cart (bestsellers + quick-add), then empty-cart recovery will rise because the current dead-end loses re-engagement.~6Empty-cart recoveryP2
T8If we add a colour-swatch cross-link row on PDPs, then cross-colour views + AOV will rise because sibling colourways are currently invisible.~6.5Cross-colour views; AOVP2

All tests: pre-compute sample size, run ≥1 full business cycle (incl. weekend), 95% confidence minimum, never peek-and-stop. T1 is a correctness fix, not a test.

11. Revenue Impact Estimate

Assumptions (stated, not measured): micro-store traffic tier (≈415 visits/mo per SimilarWeb, business-analysis/traffic-report); fashion-sector CVR baseline 1.5–2.5%; AOV ≈ ₹2,500 (effective price band); current review/trust signals thin. These are directional, not precise.

ScenarioLever addressedEst. CVR movementDirection
ConservativeCC1 (size→ATC fix) + CC3 (free ship/COD surfaced) + homepage trust (F6)+0.3 to +0.7 ptsConversion lift on existing traffic
Optimistic+ PLP filters/breadcrumbs (F1/F2) + PDP delivery ETA (F1) + ratings on cards (F5) + empty-cart merch (CC4)+0.8 to +1.5 ptsToward 3–4% band

At ~415 visits/mo the absolute order count change is small today, but the same fixes are what make the brand's ~₹1.5L–₹5L/mo Meta spend and any future traffic scale efficiently. The audit's value is disproportionately in protecting/accreting paid-acquisition ROI, not just today's micro volume. Re-baseline CVR once analytics instrumentation (see §14) is in place.

Navigation & Findability5/10Good top nav + predictive search; but no PLP filters, no breadcrumbs store-wide, "Sale"→mystery-box, "Category 6" placeholder.
Product Presentation6/10Strong PDP (reviews, accordions, sticky ATC); gaps: no colour swatches, no video, thin fit confidence, no savings-amount.
Cart & Checkout7/10Functional, free ship/COD/EMI/guest checkout; gaps: size-ATC defect, no auto-drawer, empty-cart dead-end, no in-cart trust/ETA.
Persuasion Assets4/10Only 2 homepage testimonials; no UGC; no trust badges; ratings not aggregated site-wide; no "social proof at scale" signals.
Urgency & Scarcity4/10Cosmetic cart timer; perpetual discounts (train waiting); no genuine limited-time offers.
Risk Reversal5/10Free 7-day trial/returns + free COD real, but COD-refund surprise buried; not surfaced pre-cart; fit risk unaddressed.
Overall5/10Discovery + trust are the weakest; checkout is the strength. Fix top-of-funnel friction first.

15. Mandatory Self-Check

CheckQuestionStatus
FrictionDiagnosed via Fogg (Prompt → Ability → Motivation)?✅ Done (§6) — most friction in Ability (filters, size, load).
MobileAll recommendations tested on mobile?✅ Every recommendation framed for the 88% phone audience (PLP mobile filters, size defect, tap-to-call, sticky ATC).
EthicsNo dark patterns / misleading urgency?✅ Flagged the cosmetic scarcity timer for honest verification (CC9); recommended genuine limited-time offers only.
DataRecommendations backed by data/benchmarks?✅ Benchmarks from skill (B2C/fashion CVR, Fogg, PIE); evidence from page audits.
PrioritizationTests PIE-prioritized?✅ §9 + §10.
LocalLocal payment methods accounted for?✅ COD/UPI/EMI/PayU surfaced as India-specific levers.
AssumptionsSector/traffic/CVR assumptions explicit?✅ Below.

Self-Check: Complete. Assumptions:

  • Traffic/conversion baseline is the micro-store tier from business-analysis/traffic-report (≈415 visits/mo, SimilarWeb); no LoQo-native analytics were available, so CVR is benchmark-inferred (1.5–2.5% fashion), not measured.
  • Review counts/ratings (Judge.me 4.4–4.8★, 5 each) are from served DOM/PDP .js at audit time; volume may change.
  • Visual/pixel rendering, true mobile hover-swap, price-sort monotonicity, and live filter UI were NOT verified — browser engine timed out on the asset-heavy storefront (documented fallback in every page audit). A live visual pass is recommended once the browser session is stable.
  • AEO audit (separate deliverable) additionally found an Amazon.in "LOQO" listing (HTTP 200) — corrects business-analysis "no Amazon"; verify for marketplace expansion.
  • Revenue-impact figures are directional scenarios from fixing identified friction, not guaranteed outcomes; re-baseline after instrumentation.

To validate:

  • Run Lighthouse on mobile (homepage + PLP) to confirm/quantify LCP/INP.
  • Smoke-test price-sort monotonicity and the live faceted-filter UI post-implementation.
  • Confirm the cart scarcity timer does not actually purge carts.
  • Pull real Shopify/GA4 CVR + ATC + cart-abandonment to replace benchmark assumptions.
  • Verify Amazon.in listing ownership/scale and decide marketplace expansion.
