If you connect your Google Analytics 4 property to Quiet CRO, we request read-only access to your Analytics data through Google's OAuth consent flow, using the read-only "analytics.readonly" scope. We do not request or receive access to modify your Analytics property, account, or any other Google data.
With your authorization, we retrieve the list of GA4 properties available to your Google account (so you can select the correct one) and the traffic, conversion, and engagement metrics for the property you connect, for the purpose of generating your CRO report.
Data retrieved from Google Analytics is used solely to generate and display your CRO report. Your OAuth refresh token is encrypted at rest and is never shared with, or made accessible to, any party other than the systems required to generate your report. We do not use your Analytics data to train machine learning models, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for advertising or any other purpose.
You can disconnect your Google Analytics property at any time from your Quiet CRO account settings, or by revoking Quiet CRO's access directly from your Google Account permissions page. Once revoked, we stop accessing your Analytics data and delete the associated credentials.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
If you connect your Shopify store to Quiet CRO, we request access to your store's order, product, and customer data through Shopify's OAuth flow, for the purpose of generating your CRO report.
Depending on the report content you enable, this may include order history, product catalog data, and customer records. Where we access customer-associated data, we follow Shopify's Protected Customer Data requirements and request only the minimum data necessary for report generation.
Store data retrieved through this integration is used solely to generate and display your CRO report, and is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising or any other unrelated purpose. Access tokens are encrypted at rest.
In line with Shopify's requirements for all listed applications, we respond to data access, deletion, and correction requests submitted through Shopify on behalf of you or your customers within 30 days. If you uninstall the Quiet CRO app from your store, we delete your store's data from our systems.
You can disconnect your Shopify store at any time from your Quiet CRO account settings, or by uninstalling the Quiet CRO app from your Shopify admin.
